    I booked this hotel for 2 nights, but unfortunately the stay was quite disappointing. The first issue was the elevator access. The key card provided to me did not give access to the elevator. I informed the person at check-in multiple times, and every time I was told that someone would come to collect the card and fix the access. However, this was never resolved. As a result, I had to use the stairs throughout my entire 2-night stay. It was frustrating to keep following up on something that should have been sorted at check-in. The second and more serious issue was the AC not working. I noticed the problem at night and contacted the hotel staff, expecting some solution. Instead, I was told that all other rooms were occupied and that the AC could not be fixed. There was no alternative room or any other proper solution provided. There was also an issue with parking for two-wheelers. The hotel has parking for four-wheelers, but apparently guests with two-wheelers are expected to pay ₹100 per day for parking. When I questioned this, the staff spoke to the parking person and eventually got it sorted, but once again it became an unnecessary hassle for me as a guest. I don't understand why there should be a separate charge or different treatment for two-wheelers when four-wheelers are allowed to park without this additional charge. Overall, throughout the stay I had to repeatedly follow up and argue for basic facilities that should have been straightforward. The elevator access was never resolved, the AC issue had no solution, and even parking became an unnecessary hassle. For a hotel stay, working AC, proper room access, and reasonable parking arrangements are basic expectations. Unfortunately, the overall service and handling of these issues were very disappointing. I would expect much better guest service and facility management.
