Awful 😂😂. Maintenance is horrible!! I was offered a room which did not have committed facilities like electric kettle, on repeated requests it was provided which was rusted, was changed after lot of persuasions. To my shocks , water flow suddenly in the bathroom become zero , while I was in midst of taking bath, I had to rush to room to fetch bottle of drinking water to wash off soap from my face and head , which was trickling to my eyes , causing lot of irritation to my eyes. While being contacted reception they were caught unaware and gave very cold response as if it was not a serious concern for them. I had to literally push them to change my room which had running water supply. There was another horrifying experience in this room , full of mosquito, no repellent provided, even Fan was not working, stinking bath room , no provision of exhaust fan in this room!!! I couldn’t sleep whole night!!! I am deeply concerned about such misleading ( high rating, inflated) are given for trapping customers! Hope this honest feedback would help them to change mindset and attitude to serve customers with respect and empathy!!!!
