    The rooms didn't have hanger, wardrobe, no outside views it was like staying in godowns... full of fungus smells...

    Overall good experience. I stayed with my mum here for 5 days. Itsjust that the room is lil far from the manipal campus around 1 km.

    Recently I have visited this place with family (elderly person including). First property receptionist didn't aware their is a booking on that day, and he was casual stating that it was not notified from agoda. Second he told us that he will provide temporary room to stay/freshup till that time below actual room that we booked will be made available. After we went in along with elderly to 1st floor, we noticed that many insects are their in kitchen area, sink was not clean, half used ciggeret tray, somebody already thrown something in dustbin. Etc. Property wall inside are dipped in dampness it was smelling like anything on top too much of mosquitos. As mentioned in room description while booking not even single utilities such as hot water kettle, wifi reachability , morning breakfast also not there. Simply we were mislead bigtime. After all this nobody bother to checkin with us. There are couple of students staying temporary for their studies. Apart from this , I didn't see any active visitors their. Kindly avoid this place at any cost. Also request agoda guys to verify the amenities in listing vs reality. Overall my stay here was pathetic and never recommend anyone this property.
