The home was cozy and very comfortable for our family. The backyard was cute, we sat at the table and had light meals in between activities. The hot tub was a nice addition, my daughter loved it. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics needed. Austin was very responsive when we called.
My only constructive advice would be to add a few throw blankets. It would make it easier to cuddle up on the comfy couch in the evenings while resting.
