    It is a budget hotel and pocket friendly. The cleanliness requires more attention. Complementary breakfast was good. However the location is bit far from sea beach and conveyance is quite costly and requires little waiting period.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay deserves an honest one. From the day I booked, the staff at Resort K Sea View were transparent, genuine, approachable, and incredibly hospitable. They even heated our food after 1:00 AM despite the restaurant being closed, which truly deserves appreciation. Unfortunately, the hotel itself didn’t live up to our expectations. The rooms need urgent maintenance—the balcony door made a loud screeching noise, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the toilet seat was broken, water supply was inconsistent, and the old box AC barely cooled the room even after a technician was called. Blankets weren’t provided until we requested them multiple times. The swimming pool also requires maintenance, as chipped tiles and rough flooring made it uncomfortable to use. The resort is quite far from the sea and major attractions like Old Digha, New Digha, Jagannath Dham, the station, and the bus terminal, making sightseeing inconvenient. The checkout and billing process was unnecessarily confusing; despite paying our restaurant bill, we were stopped by security because the staff had forgotten to provide the receipt, causing unnecessary stress while we were rushing to catch our bus. The lack of communication between departments was disappointing. Would I return? Probably not. The staff deserve 100/10, but the property and management have significant room for improvement.
