    The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly staff who always provide great service. The food was very good, and the overall experience made for a relaxing visit. I’ll happily stay here again when I’m back in Sylhet.

    Every stay at this hotel is a pleasure. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, while the facilities are excellent. There are plenty of dining options to choose from, and the breakfast selection is fantastic—on the rare occasions I actually manage to wake up in time for it! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m in Sylhet.

    You’re greeted with a warm Lipton tea, check in is straight forward but they give you one room card. I was also disappointed that my special request, although recieved and accepted by them, was not fulfilled. Got the impression that it was tough luck, nothing they could do because it didn’t show up on their system despite them sending a confirmation email to say they had recieved and accepted my request. Bathroom sink had a little stain that wasn’t cleaned and the carpet was loose which is a health and safety issue. I slept on the 8th floor and was woken by loud noises, only to learn the gym was directly above. TV was a nuisance to get working and when I finally did it was just local channels. Breakfast was mediocre. I stayed here one night and left. Won’t be returning to this so called 5 star hotel.
