Pokój z łazienką, aneksem kuchennym i tarasem bardzo fajny, dostępny z poziomu gruntu, co bardzo ułatwia użytkowanie, dobrze wyposażony, nawet w pralkę automatyczną. Łóżko w pokoju wygodne. Generalnie bardzo czysto. Parking na ulicy przy obiekcie dostępny, choć trzeba mieć odrobinę szczęścia jeśli chodzi o wolne miejsce.
Kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi obiektem utrudniony - nie odbierają telefonu, kontakt jedynie przez SMS. Pin do skrzyneczki z kluczem dostarczony dopiero po przyjeździe na miejsce po kontakcie SMS z zarządcami. Niedrożny odpływ wody z brodzika, co bardzo utrudniało branie prysznica.

Apartman nov,čistoća na visokom nivou,sve imate u apartmanu ništa Vam neće ne dostajati. Sve preporuke! Vratićemo se sigurno opet kada budemo dolazili u Rovinj.

The apartment was very clean, and everything inside felt brand new. Cozy and well thought out — it had everything we needed and even more: a great shower, soft towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. The area is quiet, yet everything is close by. The host was very kind and helpful. The price–performance ratio was excellent and totally worth it. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
The only small thing — there was a slight smell, possibly from recent renovation, but once the air conditioning was on, it disappeared quickly and didn’t bother us at all.
