The serenity

Situation géographique. Propreté, sécurité et tranquillité. L'hôte a été super et très conciliant.
Pas de petit déjeuner. Il y a un restaurant qui sert le petit déjeuner mais n'avait pas de viennoiserie (croissant, pain aux raisins, etc.). Très dommage!

Good location and security. Host very welcoming and communicated before check in with good arrangement for getting key on arrival and departure. Was very responsive when a complaint was made and promptly sorted the issue out
Air conditioning in the room was not very efficient
No step free access from street level so difficult to carry my heavy suitcases on the flight of stairs before the reception and then to the lifts
It did get very busy often on the street so car drop off wasn’t always close to the entrance.
There was no option for late check out but this could be because there was a booking afterwards
