Comfortable for a short stay and great location for the Efteling theme park.
Property was well equipped with nice touches for welcome, clean and ready on arrival. Well-equipped kitchen and lounge, good shower and facilities for washing included (we did not use them). Would have liked a small freezer or freezer compartment in fridge, as we had hoped to use our freezer blocks for the return journey, but there was only a fridge. Beds were comfortable and towels, dishcloths etc all provided.
The configuration of the bedrooms was not ideal for us - there is a ground floor double bedroom, with stairs up to two interconnecting areas each with two single beds, but upper floor does not have a lot of head height and everyone has to go through the lower bedroom to reach the loo or the shower so no privacy. Probably fine for a couple/family with children but do be aware of this.

Lovely well provided accommodation in a fantastic location for Efteling. 6 minutes drive
No privacy in the rooms. No doors between the bedrooms. Shower room has no locks. If any upstairs people want to go to the toilet they must walk through the main bedroom.

Prima voor een familie uitje naar de Efteling
Locatie, netheid, complete inrichting keuken en nabijheid winkels
Gebrek aan privacy (trap naar boven bevindt zich in de hoofdslaapkamer en er zitten geen deuren in de slaapkamers boven), iedereen moet door de hoofdslaapkamer om naar wc of badkamer te gaan.

Een heel mooi fijn huisje aan de rand van Waalwijk
Aparte ruimte voor de kinderen om te slapen. Prima keuken en woonkamer. Vlakbij Waalwijk. Fijne gastheer en vrouw. Goed bereikbaar, maar je hebt toch echt je eigen huisje met eigen ingang en parkeerplaats. Wij waren er maar 1 nacht, maar alles is aanwezig voor een langere vakantie, zelfs een wasmachine.

Ideale locatie voor liefhebbers van de natuur
De locatie is ideaal voor wandelingen en fietstochten in de buurt. Er zijn 6 bedden en alles was super schoon en georganiseerd. Wij hadden geluk met het weer zodat wij ook lekker buiten konden lunchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, absolut empfehlenswert!!!
Was für ein tolles Ferienhaus!! Es gehört zu einem Bauernhof und ist umgeben von Feldern. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist wenig befahren und daher nicht weiter störend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, und ich habe mich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Das lag auch an den netten Gastgebern!! Und Efteling ist mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Schade nur, dass ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht habe, aber beim nächsten Mal bleibe ich auf jeden Fall länger!!!
