Nous avons tout aimé ; gentillesse de l’hôte, services impeccable. Piscine, jardin et terrasse très sympa surtout après les visites.
Proximité de l’Appia Antica et du parc des aqueducs…proximité aussi des commerces et des transports. Literie très bien

It's amazing place small villa in the heart of Rome
You can hear the neighbours as shared walls and vice versa , so if you want privacy this might be a bit not too private

Beautiful patio and garden area - the hammock and pool were much enjoyed! Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and linens. The kitchen was well equipped and the electric moka was especially nice!! The area was quiet and peaceful with a market, coffee shop and restaurants mere steps away. The owner was very accommodating when there.was a delay in my flight arrival and responded to any inquiries quickly.
The hot water was the only issue we had - it took quite a long time for it to get hot and since the lever is not marked which way to turn for hot water, I wound up trying both left and right and no doubt made the process even longer. Also along the lines of hot water - although the hydrotherapy in the pool was lovely - it was not what one would consider a “hot tub” as referenced in the property description. I would change that description to avoid confusion for guests
