Lovely quiet area but still quite central.
It was way too small. Bunkbeds not easy to get in to.

Proximity to where I needed to be
The bed was really rickety, needs looking at. I was on my own but if there’d been two people it could have been worse. The cleaning charge was excessive compared to the size of the place

You have to be willing to climb a ladder to get up to the top bunk of a bed. Going up and down in the middle of the night was not optimal. The frame shook a little, so that was a bit concerning.

Location. Proximity to T station a bonus.
AC was poor as Unit kept shorting out, and needed to be reset. Similarly with the wifi Router, it also shorted. Both potentially due to faulty extension cable. Secondly, the shared common areas were unkept with some rubbish and litter.
