Grand espace pour le chambres, silencieux et tranquille, la disponibilité du personnel
Le nettoyage et l’équipement (Seulement une serviette par personne), le porte-savon d’une salle de bain était vide, il manquait les sèche-cheveux (on nous les a apportés), le poêle était obstrué et ne démarrait pas, nous avons dû le nettoyer. Dans la description de l’appartement, il est indiqué qu’il y a deux salles de bain, mais en réalité il y a deux salles d’eau et un WC. Il n’y a pas de tire-bouchon!! il n’y avait qu’un seul sac poubelle.

Gros problème avec la caution qui ne devait être qu’une empreinte de carte bancaire non retirée et aujourd’hui je constate le retrait de la somme de 650€ !!! Quelle démarche dois-je faire pour récupérer cette somme ?
