Location
Elevator access was convoluted, advice is to proceed to 2nd floor and access elevator there, better would be basement. 2nd floor has twice as many steps as basement access. When carrying luggage, this is significant.

There was no breakfast offered. The location was excellent for access to downtown Boston and Boston Common park.
After the booking was made the phone # given for the operator was "not accepting phone calls," and the chat links often returned the message that chat was not available.
