Location perfect for myself as visiting family close by. Hot tub and added bonus .
Was not as clean as could be ,a few cobwebs , under toilet seats needed a clean. It has some damp issues as paint in areas were bubbled and peeling ,cutlery and dishes not as clean as could be also microwave not clean, it has been a good comfortable stay just little areas need more attention , I would stay again

The Space, the Beds are the cosiest with softest brand New pillow's, massive Smart TV, parking right outside on vehicle for safety. Nice outdoor garden area with hot tub, sleeps 6 people so if you're a group, or just a couple, absolutely perfect for you, many bathrooms and showers too choose from

The property was a great location for us visiting Beamish. The bathrooms were clean, although 2 out of 3 toilet seats were loose. Complementary milk, OJ, and snacks were a nice touch.
The floors needed a good mop, the mugs were dirty, the paint was peeling due to damp, we found a very dirty towel under the sink. The backyard had some broken furniture and a very full bin.
