For single persons or monteur groups working at the Leuna chemical park, the location is perect.
The apartment was extremely basic. No TV and no living room. It is just for monteur groups, but even those may complian that there is no coffee machine. Booking.com listing said that there is a toaster, but there was not. Only one room had a mosquito net (there were mosquitoes) and it was broken. It was fixed after two days when I complained. Because of the heat, I had to keep window open during the night but I could not before it was fixed. To fight the heat, there was a fan, but it was broken. Agian, I got a new one on day two after my complaiong. Only cash when reserved via Booking.com.
