Four Nashville girlfriends reserved this outstanding property based on the pictures on the website and the location! We were so excited when we got there and the pictures were reality! You would never know from the front door of the house what “wonderfulness” waits inside! The view is OUTSTANDING! The house is super clean and we loved having hardwood floors instead of old carpet. The four of us each had their own space (one downstairs). It was very accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. We wish everyone we know could experience this house!!

The view can’t be beat but we experienced a broken window upon arrival that could not be closed at all and a wind storm rendering one of the bedrooms useless. Reached out to the contact who said sorry. We reached out to Evolve who at first was helpful but then after the fact said we could have left when we brought up the security concern of the window. Unhelpful to say the least as all our $ was tied up in the listing. Also, I brought up the fact that there is not on site Beacher access as listed. They said as long as there is a maintained trail to the beach it is considered on site. We booked so my elderly mother could walk out directly. The maintained trail they referenced is public access about 2 blocks away with prohibited parking for non residents or the backyard of a house down the road currently under construction. Speaking of, waking up at 7am to constructing wasn’t great. Kitchen was barely stocked with pots and pans. They had a Keurig. We had to go buy our own pods. Other than that they had coffee and filters but no coffee pot. The couch smelled of pee, there was a used tissue underneath. We couldn’t light the outdoor fire pit. You can do much better for your money.
