The room is clean, free from cockroaches, has a nice beautiful view of the city, near restaurants & you can easily book a tricycle or taxi just by going outside. It offers a safe neighbourhood too!

I'm really sorry disappointed after showing me the nice apartment that's I booked then getting to the property they gave me a dirty, smelly and empty apartment different from what they showed me online.
Dead rat smelling all over the hallway
The apartment they gave me smells like an abandoned house.
You have to hire and pay for microwave, fridge, iron
The TV is not smart TV like they advertised so no YouTube or Netflix only decoder for news.hell the house floor wasn't even mopped or swept.
I regret booking this hell hole.
PS: get ready to deposit a refundable 1000₱ for u go in
