It was beautifully presented and very clean. In a very convenient and quiet situation.
The TV in the lounge didn’t work.
The hairdryer only blew cold air.

Location was good. It was quiet& peaceful, just a little tricky with the parking of other vehicles impeding access sometimes.
There were no instructions to refer to with regard to using TV, heating etc. The rubbish bin under the sink was not emptied from the last guests stay. There were no regular (black)teabags available , only a few herbal bags, and the door to the lounge room couldn’t be closed to keep the place warm due to movement of the doorframe/wall structure cracking. There was enough bedding to keep warm though.

The location was perfect, so convenient while my daughter was in hospital. Only 100m walk to St Andrew’s and just round the corner from all the cafes, shops and restaurants.
The cottage has been renovated beautifully. The bed was so comfortable, honestly more comfy than my own.
The only thing I would say is if you have a big car (patrol or bigger), it may not fit in the garage. I managed to get it to fit, but very tight squeeze.
Otherwise, perfect place to stay for what I needed.
Water pressure and temperature weren’t great. I didn’t even need to turn the cold water tap on in the shower, not sure if that’s normal or if something was wrong.
Also, I think maybe for winter out a couple extra blankets (thick ones) in the bedroom, I was quite cold, but luckily brought my own.
And maybe some soap for shower and shampoo/conditioner and tissues for bathroom (the box there was empty). Just little touches.
