Classic 2Bed 2Bath Apartment w patio in Back Bay

The location was great because we were there specifically for the Boston Marathon, so this location made it easy to walk to where the finish line was and the related events. Gaining access to the property was very user-friendly. The property accommodated our party well with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a very comfortable apartment and we will not hesitate to book it again!

Can’t say there was anything disagreeable. I could see having a couple hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. Maybe a few extra coffee filters for us coffee lovers. But nothing serious!

Sadly the information to access the property is inaccurate. For example, access to the front lock is not in lockbox “A” but in “1” with a row of lock boxes on the steps for the traveler to attempt to access. It is not made abundantly clear that the property is accessed by stairs. As we were international travelers, we had big bags and this was a nuisance as well as a concern. Finally, when time to access the apartment door, instructions are unclear. We are world travelers, so we look around and try to work things out on our own, but we required help. Finally, other than toilet paper and paper towels, there is no complimentary welcome such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, cream. For the high price charged along with a late checkin time, one could expect more hospitality. The location is good, sheets lovely and bathrooms clean but some small details need to be corrected and attended to before I could recommend staying there. I wish them well as they are responsive and kind.
