    We were able to check-in before check-in time fortunately as we arrived in Shanghai very early morning. I booked a room with kitchen but that room got a kitchen but without coking facility which is useless for a kitchen. I complained to reception and they provided me the right one with an additional fee, saying there are very few of them. So, double check during your booking if you want a full equipped kitchen...Some of the staff speak a bit English, some not, so Google translate is very useful. During our stay we forgot a bag with valuable items in taxi and the hotel staff did a lot of effort to help us to track the taxi . Fortunately, we met again the same taxi one day later and we got the lost bag. This hotel is very near for supermarkets, malls and subway. Quite convenient for National exhibition Center. The room have a lot of space, very nice design, and very comfortable. The time past so fast and we did regret not to stay longer!
