The terrace and the location

We arrived at 3:30 pm (check in was at 3 pm) and had agreed beforehand with the contact person that we would arrive around that time. The person from whom we were supposed to get the keys at the pizzeria downstairs rudely and very unpleasantly informed us that the apartment was not ready because they didn't know we were coming (????). She didn't even apologize or offer us a drink and actually asked "empathy" from my side when I was the one paying and left on the street at 36 Celsius degrees with a 2-year old... Once the horrible welcome was resolved, we were given the keys to the apartment and found that: - The apartment was full of dust and not clean at all. - The fridge door was broken and it didn't close properly. - The shower does not work properly and you get 2 minutes of boiling water followed by 2 minutes of frozen water and repeat (that if you are lucky and the water does not stop flowing at all, which happens usually). - Lights to one of the rooms didn't work. - They give one set of keys and there is no possibility of opening the door downstairs from upstairs so you need to go down 2 floors and come up again each time you want to open the door to someone. - Shitty towels and beds that felt like 50 year old. - No wifi. - A lot of stairs poorly lighted to get to the apartment. On the flip side, great location right next to the beach and nice terrace to enjoy lunches/dinners in. I think that with minor changes like purchasing some Ikea towels and beds (come on, that's not expensive) and making some basic repairs, the experience would be much better (provided that the customer care is improved a LOT....)
