Studio tout confort, je conseille !! Disponibilité rapide d’une personne au téléphone si besoin, facile d’accès, proche d’un arrêt de bus, proche de l’Université, propreté, présence du minimum nécessaire en cuisine (plaque chauffante, micro onde, assiettes, verres, mugs, tasses, couverts, casserole, poële...), place pour tout rangement.
1) Chambre faiblement illuminée (les 2 spots qui illuminent la chambres sont insuffisants si besoin de travailler "la nuit" sur le bureau : angle bureau non illuminé, absence de lampe donc très inconfortable de travailler la nuit sur ordi, impossible de lire des documents papiers ou écrire ; 2) abscence d’une 2ème chaise alors que nous avions loué pour 2 personnes, bien dommage : moments trés inconfortables car une des 2 personnes a dû manger sur le lit, ou petit dejeuner à tour de rôle...

En formation sur Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy, le studio était situé seulement à 10 minutes de marche de mon lieu de formation. Il est également très aisé de se garer avec beaucoup de places. La mise à disposition d'une salle de sport, ainsi que d'une laverie avec sèche-linge c'était parfait pour mes 2 semaines. La studette très bien également, propre et bien équipé avec kitchenette, frigo, lit double, salle de bain/toilettes spacieuse.
Si on souhaite se rendre en centre-ville de Nancy, c'est un peu plus long avec les transports en commun, environ 45 minutes en incluant 15 minutes de marche jusqu'à l'arrêt de bus. Sinon, il manque juste une petite lampe pour le bureau.
