We were close to barefoot landing and steps to the beach.
There was no elevator. And when we first walked in, it smelled of fish and we had to go get air freshener. Other than that, it was a nice condo.

The apartment was clean and the decor was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful. You couldn’t hear the neighbors which it’s a big plus.
NO ELEVATOR made it difficult to carry your luggage and supplies up to the apartment. Big negative.
The patio furniture was old and falling apart.
The light over the stove didn’t work. We reported she were told “it will get fixed after you leave”. Bid inconvenience!

The view and the location.
Our unit was on the top floor with an awesome view. However, I was thinking it’s only three flights up the stairs (no elevator) but actuality it was four flights up. It was too much for my mom who’s an elderly in her 80’s.
