Wir waren mit unserer 9-jährigen Tocher für 10 Tage in UmoyaB und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Besonders genossen haben wir die lichtdurchfluteten Räume und den schönen Blick auf Meer und Berge von den Terrassen. Auch der Pool war schön gepflegt.
Wir haben uns spontan günstige Räder geliehen und konnten so einfach nahe gelegene Strände erkunden oder schnell in die Stadt radeln. So kamen wir auch super ohne Auto klar. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Super Haus, geräumig, sauber und hell. Perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Draussen noch einen Pool und von der Terasse Blick aufs Meer. Herzlichen Dank, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Това е една нова,модерна къща разделена на 2. Нашата част беше мезонет на 3 етажа. Просторна кухня с трапезария и хол и 2 спални. Всичко е много модерно,ново и чисто. Просторни тераси с чудесна гледка. Красив и приятен басейн.Просто без забележки.На 7-8 минути пеша от центъра и от плажа. Огромни и покрити паркоместа. Прекрасно. Най-хубавото на всичко това е страхотната ни домакиня,с която имах удоволствието да се запозная лично. На всеки въпрос или молба се отговаряше веднага,подробно и най-вече с отношение.Благодаря,Анда.

Umoya is a newly opened complex of four holiday appartments, facing the ocean front and sharing a refreshing and clean swimming pool! Right next to the appartment within only a one minute walk is a private beach and also another bigger sandy beach with a great taverna, umbrellas, sunbeds and other facilities. Also the lovely village of Paleochora with its pittoresque old town and numerous shops, restaurants and even a small harbour for excursions around the island is within walking distance as a nice stroll along the beautiful sandy shore. The house itself is brand new, nicely furnished and very clean, the kitchen fully equipped and it also has a huge roof top terrace with a breathtaking view across the ocean. To relax you can also use sun beds by the pool. Communication and check in was very easy, the very friendly owner Anda was reachable 24/7, welcomed us warmly upon arrival and even gave us some home baked cookies and raki as a gift! All and all we recommend this place 100%!
Please note that the two bed rooms are connected via a staircase without doors, so they lack a little bit of privacy, if you are two couples. As a family it didnt bother us at all. The upstairs bathroom has a very low ceiling, so for taller people it is a little bit hard to stand upright in the shower. For our kids it was perfect though!
We noticed that a few meters away from the property there is a watch dog kept in a cage. We weren't sure, if the dog belongs to the house or to someone else, but we felt sorry for it that it has to sit there the whole day in its cage. Even though the dog is taken care of and provided with shade, food and water we felt it would be better for a dog not to be imprisoned in a cage the whole day, so we sometimes went there to talk to it, so it is less lonely. It is a real friendly dog that merely wagged its tail and never even barked once, so no need to worry!
