Serene studio apartment with Burj Khalifa view in Jumairah Village Circle JVC

The property is in a good location, and I really liked having a balcony. It's the only thing that makes the stay enjoyable.

When I arrived, I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but none was provided. There were also no slippers. The pillow cover had black marks and did not appear clean. I found used toothbrushes in the bathroom and used tea bags left on the table, which gave a poor first impression. The air conditioner was not cooling properly and felt like it was only blowing room-temperature air, making the room uncomfortable. There was also no proper storage space for luggage or clothes. The only wardrobe was already occupied with the property's own items, so I had to keep my belongings on the chairs throughout my stay. The staff's communication was also disappointing. Responses were very slow, often taking several hours, and the information provided was unclear even when we asked specific questions. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.
