The location was easy to find and easily accessible by bus or taxi.
The self check in was good and I received the codes to access the building and the room. Apartment neat and quiet as expected. Double room was of a good size with clean shared bathroom and toilet. Comfy bed and extra pillows if needed. Toothbrush & toothpaste available in room in case you need them. Tea/coffee and snack with kettle in room. Kitchenette had variety of breakfast choices. A simple home away from home.
Room 202 door needs a bit of tightening.

Would have been nice to see a better selection of breakfast items maybe some bread for toast and jams etc

breakfast is only few jams and butters with basic coffe and 2 days old bread outside, so only "basic" breakfast, still - it was enough - that i did not had to think about coffee for breakfast, so i would miss that i cannot do scrambled eggs on my own or maybe some croissant?
overall place was nice and clean, felt safe and good.
worth the money.
wifi was working OK.
- bit noisy main doors and neighbors in house with you - next to you or above you, or just someone going on hallway, they were behaving normally - but at 2 AM big slam of main doors then doors from room, 3 meters away would not help to your sleep.
- bit broken shower gel dispenser in shower.
- missing coffee capsules
- not prepared couch for kid - when i paid and did reservation for 2+1 i expect prepared room for 2+1
so overall just minor things, stay felt good for few nights
