The great resposivness from whoever was texting.
Also, a beach front property (short walk) and very close to restaurants and grocery store.
There was no convenient dining area where we (local residents) and kids (visitors) could all sit together inside. we sat around at breakfast bar, living room couch, and outside patio.

Accommodation had everything you needed, modern interiors, great amenities close by for shopping and food. Own stretch of beach.
Bit noisy as main bedroom was located towards the hall way and could hear people coming and going, the accommodation is located on a street alongside other hotels just to be aware, perfect for people who don’t like to be in the wilderness or middle of nowhere. Ask for the location of your room as ours was towards the street and not close to the beach front.
