1BR on the Sliema Tigne waterfront with Terrace by 360 Estates

O apartamento é novo e com pouco uso, mobilia e eletrodomésticos todos novos também. Prédio com muita segurança de acesso. Tudo feito com cartão magnético + senha e sem portaria. Nos sentimos muito seguros ao entrar e sair do prédio/apartamento. Limpeza do apartamento muito bem feita quando chegamos. Banheiros impecáveis. Cozinha com louças, forno, fogão, freezer, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, tudo novo e funcionando perfeitamente. Ar condicionado indenpendente em todos os cômodos e funcionando perfeitamente e silenciosamente. Cama confortável, sofá da sala confortável, cadeiras também. Sacada com jogo de mesa e cadeiras e espriguiçadeira com vista para o lindo mar mediterrâneo. Em um dos dias pudemos assistir uma competição de vela da sacada do apartamento. A comunicação com Matthew e Nebo foi excelente desde a confirmação da reserva até o checkout. Muito atenciosos e prestativos. O shopping no térreo com todas as comodidades e supermercado facilitou muito nossas compras e refeições. Próximo a Ferry de Sliema com acesso a vários locais de Malta e venda de passeios de barco. Tudo maravilhoso!!! Tudo como nas fotos, mas sinceramente superou nossas expectativas.

Não há nada que não gostamos. Tudo foi perfeito!!

The location of the apartment was superb. It was very comfortable with plenty of living space.

We would have liked larger bath towels and maybe it would be nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge.

Malta was my dream during the long long time. Now I haven't any doubts that I lived in my dream with these wonderful apartments and the its support team! The terrace with the direct view to the sea is gorgeous, the surrounding is awesome and Malta spirit in every single molecule in the air, but even these words can't describe how it is in reality 😍😍😍 Also we visited Malta while the fireworks were in Valetta. It took few hours and I felt the true happiness every single moment 🔥🔥🔥⭐️🌟🎉🎉 We found the great spot on the beach and enjoyed the hot weather in April, the clearest sea in the world and swom during whole day. I fell in love to the Mediterranean Sea at Malta, it's gorgeous! Apartments were clean, modern and had a lot of stuff for comfortable time, the huge mall nearby, the wonderful sidewalk along the seaside and ferry to Valetta - the pearl of this world. This is not advert or prepaid review - this is just feelings after only two days in Malta in 1BR on the Sliema Tigne. Many thanks to Matthew and especially to Marko - very helpful guy who helped us with any questions. We'll be back for sure!

Nothing, all was wonderful!

Was right on the Sea with wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Sea with no obstructions. Walk out to a full-length balcony with the same views. No street in front just a walkway down below so very quiet, just the sounds of the Sea. The unit is just like it is described and the pictures show, very high end and comfortable. We stayed a month and the unit had everything we needed. Host very quick to respond to any questions we had. Short walk to lots of restaurants, the Point Mall, the Sea wall Promenade. and transportation.

At first, I did not like there was no place to park a rental car, but we quickly learned in Malta there are so many transportation options we did not need a car. Finding parking at any city sites can be a problem, so the public or ride share options are better than dealing with a rental car.
