Everything,starting from how clean it was and organized
I didn't like that they were less helpful when it comes to helping with Netflix. I did ask them for help and they did mention that the TV comes in with Netflix already logged in and functional and if I have a problem I should report it,when I tried to report the issue they wasn't very helpful

The location.
The place does not really reflect the pictures advertised online. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, so I found the overall experience somewhat disappointing.
The nearest convenient grocery and shopping options are around Rosebank Mall, which is a bit of a distance depending on what you need. I also did not particularly like the check-in experience; it could have been much smoother and more welcoming.
The main positive for me was the location, which is convenient and well situated. However, overall, the accommodation did not meet my expectations based on the online presentation.
