Rose, the primary desk clerk, is wonderful and quickly responds to every need. The backup clerks are not as responsive. WiFi was (for the most part) excellent. My room and bathroom were spacious, and a modest refrigerator kept drinks cold.
No breakfast, other than free coffee envelopes and a kettle to boil water. I had to make special requests a couple of times a week to have my room cleaned and towels/bedding changed.
