The open floor plan greets you when you open the door. The kitchen has ample counter space and full-sized appliances for you to cook a full meal on or make a cup of coffee in the Keurig provided. The condo is stocked with all the cookware need so you don’t have to bring anything from home. There is a dining area next to the kitchen that can seat 4 and seating at the kitchen bar. The living room has plenty of comfortable plush seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV. The living room floor to ceiling balcony door open to a cozy 3rd floor balcony with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee before starting the day.
The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has stunning walk-in shower.
The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and a large flat screen as well. There is also balcony access from the Master Bedroom. The Master bathroom offers a stunning walk-in shower as well.

You must check-in at our office located at 895 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find an envelope with your information in your condo. Please call our office in advance for the door code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
