Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ with a valid photo ID, a credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract
House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties or events
Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise violations or exceeding occupancy/parking limits

Security & Privacy
For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are installed at entryways, driveways, and trash areas. These do not monitor or record inside the home, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

Winter Weather Advisory
During winter months, driving restrictions may require chains or a 4WD vehicle. Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays, early departures, or road closures. We strongly recommend trip insurance for added peace of mind.
