With a deep-water dock that accommodates boats up to 28 feet and additional dock spaces to the left, it's perfect for water lovers. Inside, the spacious layout features two living areas and two dining spaces, providing ample room for relaxation and entertaining. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort: the primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom with a queen bed and its own en-suite walk-in shower. Whether you're here for the stunning waterfront views or enjoying the local waters by boat, Coastal Casa is your perfect escape! BED CONFIGURATIONS: 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed LOCATION: 114 Brooks Street Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests' responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3-dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. OTHER NOTES: -The downstairs apartment is occupied by a long-term tenant. -No smoking -Fireplace is for decoration only -Deep water dock located at the back of the property can accommodate up to a 28 ft boat. -Additional boat docks available to the left of the property -Kayaks are NOT for guest use -Cannot swim off of dock -ELEVATOR IS NOT FOR GUEST USE
