Nestled in Seneca, located 7 miles from Clemson University. View spectacular sunrises and mountains on Lake Keowee minutes from restaurants, groceries, and conveniences. This lower-level flat approximates 1,000 square feet and offers 2 bedrooms with a cozy king, full, and queen bed setup. Kitchen equipped with modern appliances; including dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, wine chiller and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. This space has AC, heating, WiFi and a 55-inch television. Outdoor amenities include, table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, firepit, canoe, kayaks and paddleboards. Life jackets are available and required on kayaks, canoe or paddleboards. No lifeguard on duty, renters swim at their own risk. The owners occupy the upper level with only the yard being shared space

Wonderful stay on the lake. Accommodations were great and we felt right at home. The hosts were very accommodating. The lake, dock and kayaking equipment was also a plus!
