While we`ve lovingly updated parts of the property to meet modern travel needs, much of its original character remains intact making it a favorite for history buffs, architecture lovers, and nostalgia seekers.
This room is designed to offer both comfort and convenience with two queen size beds, making it an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Moab. With its cozy furnishings and modern amenities, you`ll find everything you need to relax and recharge. Whether you`re watching your favorite shows on the smart TV, enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, or simply unwinding after a busy day, Atomic Motel #8 provides a welcoming atmosphere.
The new plush bedding ensures ample space for relaxation that promises a restful night`s sleep. The full bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, allowing you to refresh and prepare for another exciting day in the desert.
***While we have kept the original Atomic Motel branding, these have been converted into 8 small short-term rentals and are not operated like a motel. There is no staff on-site.

This is a old roadside type motel that the owners have refurbished. It's clean and updated, we had good parking. Somehow I ended up reserving the only room with double queen beds. The location is great, it's walking distance to everything in downtown Moab. We'll definitely stay here again.
