Welcome to Soundside Escape – Your Waterfront Getaway in Surf City, NC!
Nestled directly on the tranquil waters of the Topsail Sound, Soundside Escape is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking relaxation, adventure, and unbeatable views. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and water views from multiple balconies, relax in the hammock, take the kayaks out for a paddle straight from your private dock, or walk to the public beach access just down the street! With cozy indoor comforts and family-friendly amenities, this home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Waterfront Location: Enjoy stunning views from multiple balconies, or head down to the private dock where you can launch provided kayaks and explore the calm sound waters.
Spacious & Comfortable: With two king bedrooms, a queen room, and a fun kids’ bunk room (twin over full) and linens provided, there’s space for everyone to relax and unwind.
Outdoor Living: Sip your morning coffee with sunrise views, swing in the hammock, kayak the Sound or relax on the furnished decks while watching boats and wildlife drift by.
Kid-Friendly Extras: Includes a pack ‘n play, high chair, board games, toys, a Golden Tee arcade game, and plenty of space to play.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook with ease using our well-equipped kitchen, as we provide essential cookware and dinnerware for guests use, along with paper towels and dish detergent.
Bathroom Essentials: Towels are provided along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Laundry On-Site: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided.
Walking Distance to Beach: Half a mile and only a 10-15 minute walk to Beach Access #1 makes a trip to the beach quick and easy.
Elevator available for convenience: Helpful for adults who struggle with stairs, as well as transporting luggage and groceries. Not to be used as a play area by children.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, balconies, dock, and kayaks. There is also driveway parking available for multiple vehicles.
Other Things to Note
Dock Use: Guests may use the dock at their own risk. The boat ramp is for non-motorized boats only.
Safety Note: The water near the dock is shallow. Do not jump or dive into the water. Mussels and clams around the dock are razor-sharp – we recommend wearing water shoes.
