The apartament has been newly (spring 2024) furnished. New construcction. The building was designed specifical for turistic rentals. With 5 apartaments fully equiped so you can have a luxury 5-star stay from the comfort of a home-like apartment with kitchen, laundry area, terrace with sea views! Encantador apartamento de 1 habitacion cama con colchon de gran calidad(2m x 160cm) con amplio salon, smart tv, internet de alta velocidad, soleados balcones y vistas a las bonitas calles de Nerja. Cocina americana, nueva, totalmente equipada (horno, lavavajillas, vitro...) baño privado ducha con gel champú y toallas. Todas las reservas incluyen ropa de cama y toallas. Bonito edificio dedicado al alquiler turisitco de corta estancia, con solo 5 apartamentos. Los 5 apartemantos con acceso total a las zonas comunes: zona lavadoras, terrazas soleadas con vistas 365º a Nerja, el Mar Mediterraneo y la montaña. Fantastic apartment, lovely and bright. Host was fantastic accommodating early access to the property for us so that we could leave the bags while we were in between properties. Good size fridge which is always a huge plus. Really central location and all the amenities you could need.
