Great space very clean. The gate was a little frustrating, but the security was nice. Our contact was excellent at adding family members to the list so that they could enter the community at the gate. We had brunch with family and they were added to the list no problem. Beautiful property and views.

The home was very clean, beautiful, and serene. We did not use the community amenities, but the hot tub at the home was amazing. The only issue we experienced is the Joro spiders have taken over the main deck, so we did not enjoy the deck much for fear of the spiders, they may want to look into some type of repellant.

There were so many spiders on the deck. It had not been cleaned off. I realize its spider season but it was quite scary. The house was wonderful other than the spiders. We wished there was a gas grill instead of a Blackstone. we did utilize the charcoal grill that was in the garage.

The interior of the home was beautiful and very spacious, satisfying our needs to host a welcome dinner the night before my son’s wedding. I couldn’t give 5 stars though because the house that advertised as sleeping 20 and entertaining more than that, only had enough parking for 4-5 cars. The house is advertised to be used for family reunions, weddings, and other gatherings, but there’s no parking for guests partaking in these kinds of events. We used this house as accommodations for the wedding party and hosted the welcome dinner the night before the wedding. It wasn’t until I needed to submit names for drivers coming through the gate (including those not sleeping there) that I was told the driveway wouldn’t hold many cars and that there was no parking on the street. This caused some major challenges and frustrations for what was otherwise a wonderful weekend. Another thing I found odd with this rental was there was no list of things to do at checkout. So I went with my best guesses from doing rentals in the past at other places, in hopes of it being the right things to do.
