SUMMIT VILLAGE HOA — GUEST RULES
Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Summit Village is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
Two (2) cars maximum allowed: Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver`s side dashboard of their vehicle(s). If you were not provided with one then you will need to contact your host immediately. Please make sure the guest phone number is printed large enough to be read through the windshield of the vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
Fire Danger: Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. Never throw cigarette butts on the ground, dispose of them in a proper fireproof container.
Dogs: All dogs must be on leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
Trash Disposal: All trash needs to be disposed of properly. See the map posted by your host on where the closest dumpsters are located. Do not leave any trash outside. If a dumpster is full, you`ll need to find another dumpster. PLEASE BREAK DOWN ALL CARDBOARD BOXES.

Parking: Guests must park on the same side of the street as the property. Parking passes can be found in the welcome folder.
Garbage Disposal:
Garbage must not be left outside due to active bears (even near the front door).
Dispose of all garbage at check-out; failure to do so will incur a $25 penalty.
During winter, the dumpster is about 60 feet from the stairs on the same side of the street. Summer dumpster maps will be provided.
Pets: All dogs must be leashed and walked beyond the parking spots for bathroom breaks.
Snow Shoveling: Guests must shovel any new snow off the balcony before accessing it for grilling or smoking.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the listing is as described. The check in/ check out process was really simple and the host made sure to provide detailed information ahead of time. Any questions we had were answered promptly as well. This property is very close to South Lake Tahoe and has ample of things to do within 15 to 20min drive (beach, hikes, restaurants, gondola, etc.). We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good spot for a big group to stay near South Lake Tahoe.

We had a great stay! The property was very nice and clean, exactly as described. One of our favorite parts was the game room—we really enjoyed watching movies there; it was a perfect way to relax. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads-up: there are a lot of stairs, so something to keep in mind if that’s a concern. Overall, a great experience!

Location was nice and general layout and decoration of house was good. Manager was courteous and communicated well. Definitely room for improvement for this rental.
Kitchenware was in terrible condition (which made celebrating thanksgiving a bit challenging).
The cleaning seemed to be mediocre, don't look under the sofa or other furniture as it was quite dirty.
Pillows in the room with bunk beds lacked any padding.
The streaming service on TV froze every few minutes due to using a streaming Roku TV instead of a streaming stick or plugin device.
Access code didn't work, manager provided an additional code that worked only after entering twice (for each entry).
Couldn't figure out to use game systems in bottom floor.
Trash lid didn't open or close (batteries must have been spent).
Owner should invest a bit more in the details of the property. Overall so-so.
