About this house rental
ADORABLE and AFFORDABLE Vacation Rental. Can do a 6-night minimum stay! You'll enjoy a quick drive to the beaches and restaurants of Bethany Beach from the pool and tennis community of Southampton. The owner graciously supplies a kayak, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use. If you decide to take a day off from the beach, the pool and tennis courts are just steps around the corner. The end unit townhouse itself is a dream and it sleeps 10. The kitchen offers wonderful upgrades: If you are a coffee aficionado, you'll delight in the Keurig, Drip and French Press options! Care for a smoothie? You'll love the "Ninja" blender. How about some breakfast waffles . . . or chicken and waffles? There's a fabulous high quality waffle maker at the ready! There's even a gas grill if you feel like cooking in! If you have a multi-generational group you'll appreciate the 2 first floor Queen bedrooms. The living area with a rear deck is on the 2nd floor and there is a Queen and a King Bedroom on the 3rd floor. As this is a brand new listing, you'll have your first pick of vacation weeks in 2025, so book right away! No pets or smoking please.
Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The home was lovely and perfect for our trip. Girls trip with teenagers. Be away to bring everything you may want including toilet paper and paper towels. The ice maker is great just beware it shoots the ice out at you😂

The house was very comfortable and had lots of room for our family. I was so happy they actually have a table big enough to fit all of us, probably the first rental that did. It’s such a nice quiet area, close to everything.
