About this house rental
This 3 B/R/2 bath brick home is an ideal location for anyone looking for a nice, quiet & secure waterfront retreat. The home has high-speed internet & fully furnished w/everything for all of your daily needs. Enjoy the glassed-in sunroom & multiple outdoor seating areas all overlooking beautiful Toledo Bend. The home sits just outside North Toledo Bend State Park which provides a boat launch, swimming pool, frisbee golf, hiking trails & other amenities.
Village Side will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify
problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Village Side is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Village Side are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
Laundry Room is outside by the front entrance and the key is located
hanging on the wall on the front hallway.
