Welcome to the cosy house, which is ideally located for a relaxing break with great outdoor activities. The rustic furnishings and old farmhouse furniture add to the charm of this holiday home. Enjoy meals together in the kitchen after eventful days, where you can chat for a long time.



Soak up the sun on the terrace and spend some quality time in the open air, perhaps taking your meals outside.



Set off on marvellous hikes near the house through rolling hills, dense forests and along idyllic vineyards. Enjoy spectacular views, breathe in the fresh mountain air and visit the historic Deutschlandsberg Castle. If you like it sporty, get on your bike or play golf with a view.



Note: The 300-year-old Kellerstöckl is largely made of old wood, and only natural materials were used in the renovation. Harmful substances were deliberately avoided. Therefore, despite thorough cleaning, small animals such as spiders, ants, wasps and mice as well as occasional woodworm droppings etc. may occasionally occur.
