The Sunrise condo was a beautiful stay. The decor was absolutely gorgeous, and the hosts added so many extra thoughtful touches—treats, teas, and little comforts that made the place feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. Their response time was excellent, and although we had a few small hiccups, each one was addressed immediately and with genuine care.The outdoor furniture is lovely, but just a heads-up: if it rains, it stays damp for a day or two (if you know it's going to rain bring in the cushions), and it could use a deep cleaning. Not a dealbreaker, just something to note.I had hoped to catch a true “sunrise view” from the Sunrise condo, but in July the trees block it. Still, the setting is peaceful and relaxing.Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. The charm, the hospitality, and the thoughtful details make it a wonderful place to unwind.

We had a great stay! Great location - did hiking at Gooseberry, ate at Rustic cafe, also had pizza and beer at Castle Danger brewery in Two Harbors.The accommodations were great - clean, thoughtfully decorated, well equipped kitchen, spacious and great view of Lake Superior off the deck. Very comfortable patio furniture on deck.Made use of the kuerig coffee machine and the good selection of complimentary coffee pods. Also, appreciated the complimentary snacks in a bowl on the counter.The king size bed was very comfortable.The pool and hot tub were unavailable as they were under maintenance when we were there - but we were warned ahead of time and that was not a big drawback for us.We definitely would stay there again. It was just my wife and I there - but there are 2 bedrooms, it would be very comfortable for 2 couples to share the place. We would definitely rent there again.

Absolutely beautiful, well appointed unit with fantastic views of the water! The beds were luxurious and made for a wonderful night sleep after a long day of hiking. The towels were clean and fluffy. The unit was clean and offered many extra things that travelers don’t think about. The owner, Holly was prompt and courteous in all communications. Nothing that the owner could do… Unfortunately, the hot tub area was closed and we had some concerns with overall building maintenance. Centrally located for fun adventures, both towards Duluth (30 mins) or even day tripping the 1.5 miles to Grand Marais. Overall fabulous value, and we will definitely keep this property in mind for next time!
