Appart Hôtel Mouna

I liked the apartment set up and the kitchen provisions, the internet connectivity and the staff were very supportive. The apartment was very was very easy to find and very accessible to public transport

Clean, spacious Apartment, comfortable bed. Great shower.

Air conditioning turned off by cleaning staff. Path on both sides of the road dug up. Had to walk in the road.

The only thing is breakfast wasn’t really good Limited option and same thing every day

We were given breakfast at night so that we did not miss out on it in the morning. Check in was easy and so was check out and we were able to book a taxi through the hotel.

Alot.. this place used to be amazing and i used to recommend it to family and friends since staying here twice. After a few years i decided to stay here for a thurd time and was so disappointed to see how downhill it has gone. The AC in the main room was not working well so i was up all night monitoring my 7 month old as the whole place was so hot we couldnt breathe.. the locks on most the windows were not working either so i had to just keep them closed to be on the safe side but was also then worried about my 5 year old suffering from a seizure from the heat that was trapped in the apartment. The inside lock on the main door did not work either and my 2 year old almost went out without me realising. The door to the balcony opened easily by just the turn of the handle and no lock so i had to be very careful with my children not opening it especially my 5 year old son. The cafe has closed down as well so we had to go find food in the heat which again was an inconvenience as i had booked this apartment because i thought it would be easy for us to access food. This will most likely be the last time i book with appart hotel mouna and i will no longer be recommending this place as it is nothing like it used to be unfortunately.
