The 2-bedroom apartment of 35 m2 is located in a quiet and charming pedestrian street in the Latin Quarter, near rue Mouffetard and Place Contrescarpe.
It has been completely renovated and furnished Design.
The apartment is located on the second level, easily accessible by stairs, very bright and overlooks a private garden courtyard.
It is fully equipped with Air Conditioning

The apartment was in good condition, and very convenienntly located.

Was a great location and was quiet. Wasn’t the cleanest but was okay for a short stay in Paris as location couldn’t have been better, and great surrounding restaurants etc.

The apartment is in a very good location in the Latin Quarter, steps away from Rue Mouffetard, which is one of the most vibrant streets on the left bank. Perfect place for foodies.
The apartment is small and definitely can use some upgrades. The furniture in the living room , especially the pull out sofa, is past its prime and should be replaced. The bedroom is small, although the bed was comfortable.The kitchen is fine .But, we had no intention of cooking any meals. The owner, Daniel, is a very nice person and was helpful with advice regarding transportation alternatives during the massive transit strike.
