B209S - Waverton Skyline Vista

The location is fantastic very convenient, view of the city and very large and comfortable.

It has an issue with balcony drainage but I’m sure it can be easily fixe, Drains need to be cleared.

The location is fantastic, as are all the adjacent facilities just below onstreet level or within 100m, namely a convenience grocer's, 3 restaurants, a cafe, and the Waverton train station. The AC was a welcome relief from the heat at the time, as was a lovely view of Barangaroo accross the harbour!

The checkout process was a disaster, due to the operating system and website that controls communications between the agent and the client (me). Whereby we had filled in the forms to request a late check-out on the Monday for the following Sunday (7 days notice), and had received an email confirmation of late check-out shortly after, which we thought was done, but turns out this info was never received by the agent and therefore the day of the check-out we found ourselves caught in the middle between the cleaner and the new client having already arrived while we were out for lunch!! We alos felt bad for the new tenants... A much improved and simple system to be sought to avoid such stress and unpleasant experience in the future please.
