Laurel Lakefront Hotel

I liked the location and the room. These were really good.

I didn't like the service. The toilet hand spray was broken and they didn't fix it. They had enough chances to do that. The tap in the bathtub was not working only the hand shower was working. The bed had a hard mattress. The duvet cover was not correct. The AC was not clean but dusty. I got an allergic reaction from the dust. However, the morning breakfast was good. The staff's behavior was good.

Less facilities like they have an excellent Rooftop overseeing Serene Gulshan Lake, but they don't have any facilities like restaurant, saloon, gym are not present. As asked, they told me that they will build this within 3 months.

breakfast was very pitty n tasteless,no buffet was available as quoted,staffs seems bit reluctant to retained guest with their behavior and washroom amenities were not good the broken tap, washroom flash expired
