Haus Baltic Flat White

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und bequemen Betten. Zum Hafen, Strand, Ortsmitte mit Restaurants und Geschäften, sowie zum Ehrenmal und Museums-U-Boot sind es jeweils ca 10..15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns im Haus Baltic Flat White sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen diese Fewo bei unserem nächsten Laboe-Besuch wieder buchen zu können.

Property overall is ok

First of all, host sent me 25(!) emails before I checked in!!! All huge and all in German. To get WiFi pass I had to find login and password to some 3rd party site, go there, find section with information and find out that it’s empty. I never so such a huge exhausting amount of emails. Also in one of the email it was stated that sheets and towels should be payed separately, and booked ahead🤦🏻‍♀️. And I’ve missed this part because it just drowned in insane amount of messages… so we came to place and found out naked beds, which was problematic as we came on Sunday evening. Guys you need to work on your system, 1 email should be more than enough. You sent me requests to fill in some forms again and again and again. And filled them in a few times. That’s ridiculous. Also one of the keys been broken and we had to use only one key instead of two..
