V hotelu se nám tak líbí, že jsme se ubytovali v krátkém čase podruhé. Zejména personál na recepci, čistota pokoje, ve kterém máte všechno, lokalita hotelu a nadstandardní služby v této části Šumavy, nám dělaly radost.
Již podruhé se nám stalo, že v 8.30h nebyly k dispozici některé suroviny na snídani. Rohlíky, vajíčka...to samo o sobě by problém nebyl, kdyby personál (brigádnice), reagovala vstřícně. Museli jsme jít na recepci a požádat o doplnění, obratem se tak stalo. Ale brigádnice jsou celkově achillovou patou tohoto hotelu.
