Great location, lovely owners, dog friendly, fab breakfast and the view from the bedroom was absolutely gorgeous.

The location was good and centrally located.

We booked this apartment under the name Nest Saigon, but upon arrival, it turned out to be called Yolo Saigon. This was very confusing and didn’t give a professional impression at all. Communication with the host through the app was unpleasant. He was very pushy and insisted on being paid in cash, which is strange for a booking made through Booking.com. When we said that this made us uncomfortable, he suggested paying via PayPal, but then charged a much higher amount than what was shown on Booking.com. Only after we confronted him about it did he adjust the price to the correct amount. At checkout, the same behavior continued. We clearly informed him that we would check out at 12:00, but at 11:50 we received a message saying his staff was already waiting downstairs. Just a minute later, he was ringing our doorbell. This way of handling guests felt very intrusive and disrespectful, especially when we had agreed on the checkout time. I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews claiming that the hosts are friendly that’s definitely not our experience. It seems many of those reviews are fake or bought, because what we experienced was far from hospitable. In short: a very disappointing stay. Unprofessional, confusing, and definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
